Refunds & Exchange Policy

Our generally policy is that we do not process refunds, unless product is defective or lost during shipping, thus not available to the customer within the stipulated delivery time. Exchanges are possible if product is defective.

If you receive a defective product, or if your order has not been delivered at the expiration of the stipulated shipping window, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@geicher.com or call +2348097719988 within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

The product must not be open and must be returned in its’ original packaging (in transparent plastic). In the case of defective or damaged products, the client must ensure that the product is still sealed. (If this is not the case please contact our Customer service department).
